The Leap from Success to Fulfillment to Legacy

I’ve been where you are.

My career as a Corporate CFO was my identity. And how I defined my worth. When work became who I was, everything else disappeared. Including myself. I climbed the ladder with fierce determination, worked my way up to the corner office. I had a comfortable income, good benefits, a solid retirement account. I had everything I thought I wanted.

But spreadsheets can’t capture what matters most. And optimization of the wrong variables leads you to the wrong destination.

Something inside whispered: “Isn’t there more to life than this?”

That question wouldn’t leave me alone. No matter where I traveled, how many adventures I experienced, or how many things I spent my money on, that niggling in the back of my mind would not go away. I had achieved success, reached the top, won the game. Yet I was not content. Something was missing.

The First Leap: My Self

When I was younger, I went skydiving. Most of my friends didn’t follow through. I did.

The instructor grabbed my harness, snapped me in, and yelled “GO!”

I jumped.

As my chute snapped open above me, I found myself floating in complete silence. The setting sun reflected off bodies of water far below. I was deeply present in the moment. I touched something I had never known before. Peace. Joy. Soul-bursting fulfillment.

In that moment, I realized success and fulfillment were not the same thing. I wanted both.

As I not so gently reconnected with earth, something shifted. I knew, not in my head, but in my bones, that I could connect this grounded world we live in with that moment of serene connection.

The Second Leap: My Soul

Fast forward two decades to my CFO corner office.

I remember the moment clearly, though it took me years to recognize it as a turning point. I was reviewing quarterly projections, and I realized I couldn’t articulate why any of it mattered. Not in a nihilistic way. I understood the business logic perfectly. But I couldn’t connect it to anything that felt true about who I actually was or what I actually cared about.

I had optimized myself into a corner. More precisely, I had optimized myself out of alignment.

That moment of serene connection from the skydive? A distant memory now. But something kept gnawing at me.

I leaped again.

This time I didn’t jump out of a plane. Instead, I leapt from my secure, well-paying, comfortable job. Crunching numbers was no longer fulfilling. It wasn’t feeding my Soul. It wasn’t creating my legacy.

My intention was to figure out who I was and what my purpose truly was. I held my breath as I typed my resignation letter. But my Soul exhaled for the first time in years.

What followed was years of beautiful exploration and discovery. I gave myself permission to follow joy instead of logic. I sought answers in yoga, became a yoga teacher, then an international certified yoga therapist. I opened a wellness center and dove deep into community work. I studied ancient wisdom traditions and contemporary leadership frameworks. I learned how the body, mind, and spirit work together. How stress lives in our tissues. How thoughts create neural and energetic pathways. How purpose activates our deepest potential.

My MBA in Finance led to an Inner MBA program through NYU, LinkedIn and Sounds True, learning how we show up at work as individuals, as team members, and as leaders. I deepened this work through PhD studies in Transformative Business Leadership. Learning not just what aligns leaders, but how to guide that alignment efficiently.

What took me a decade of exploration, I’ve condensed into a clear, navigable path.

The Third Leap: My Mistake

But here’s what’s hard to admit. I recreated the same trap. The wellness center became my new corner office. Beautiful work, meaningful community, aligned purpose. And somehow I’d recreated what was comfortable, what I was good at. I was guiding others toward balance while losing my own.

Third time is the charm.

It wasn’t just about changing the work. It was about changing how I worked. I realized the real work wasn’t in the doing. It was in the alignment. So I made the hardest choice: I sold the wellness center. Not because the work wasn’t good. Because it wasn’t aligned with how I wanted to show up in the world. I needed to be authentic, to guide, not manage. To work with individuals ready to do their own deep work, not build an organization that needed a businesswoman.

Practical spirituality for people with busy lives. That became my north star.

The Discovery: My Source

Through coaching and consulting, I noticed a pattern. Nearly all of my clients were high-performing professionals experiencing a specific kind of disconnect. They had achieved what they thought would fulfill them. They were competent, often brilliant at their work. And yet they all had variations of the same question: “Why doesn’t success feel fulfilling?”

In their eyes, I could see my own reflection. I knew this was the work I was meant to do.

I realized I could speak three languages fluently. The language of systems and logic. The language of body and energy. The language of purpose and connection. My clients needed access to all three to find fulfillment. Most had mastered the first. The other two had been waiting, patiently, to be heard.

Translating between these domains, honoring the rigor of my analytical background while making room for the wisdom of intuition and the passion of spirit, evolved into a framework I call Self Soul Source®.

I’ve distilled the multitude of layers that make up our whole being down to three essential elements. They provide the framework for our work together. And honestly? They changed everything for me. I’d really like you to experience what becomes possible when all of your layers are aligned.

Your Self is the authentic person beneath the titles. Your conscious, analytical mind. The planner, the problem-solver. It earned your degrees, climbed the ladder, and checked every box. It’s powerful. And it’s been running the show alone for too long.

Your Soul is the deep purpose and passion you’re called to express. Your body’s intelligence. Somatic knowing, emotional resonance, pattern recognition. It holds information your conscious mind cannot access. It’s been whispering. You may have been too busy to listen.

Your Source is the infinite potentiality within you. The spark within. Your connection to purpose, legacy, and genuine aliveness. It knows your true path. Even when Your Self doesn’t.

The goal is never to silence any layer. It is integration. All three layers working in harmony. You keep everything that got you here. You add wisdom and intuition your analytical mind alone cannot reach.

The Work Today

Now I guide accomplished professionals through this same path of alignment. But with a guiding framework I’ve created. Many clients begin seeing shifts within the first three to six months.

Together, we explore the layers of Self, Soul, and Source. We question what success actually means to you. We discover the deep desires and purpose that achievement has buried. We access the infinite potential within you so you can finally align who you are with what you do.

This isn’t about escaping. It isn’t about abandoning what you’ve built or starting over. It’s about integration, not subtraction. Bringing your full self to your success. You’re not becoming someone different. You’re becoming more fully yourself by honoring dimensions you’ve been trained to ignore.

Many clients stay in their roles. They just show up differently. They make different choices. They finally feel like themselves. Others discover they need to pivot and build something new. The variable that matters isn’t whether you change jobs. It’s whether you stop dividing yourself.

The work still requires a leap. But you don’t jump alone. And you don’t have to spend a decade searching. You don’t need to figure it all out before we begin. That’s what the framework is for. We’ll start exactly where you are.

There’s nothing wrong. There’s just more.

You have always known the way.
The life you’ve built deserves to feel fulfilling. You already have everything you need to begin.
